Ingredients  

  1. Cut the cabbage in quarter sizes (boats)
  2. Layer all the ingredients, add soy sauce and water.
  3. Bring to the boil, and simmer for two hours, until the meat is tender.
  4. Serve with fresh parsley or coriander on top.
