Ingredients  

  1. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl. A little tip is to grind your favorite nuts and seeds and have them ready in a bowl ready for serving.
  2. There are several options you can use as milk. Personally, I like the coconut milk from Go-tan well, but it can get a little thick. If you want milk-free alternatives, unsweetened almond milk is recommended.
  3. Taste how much sweetening you want.
