Ingredients  

  1. Set the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Cut the cod into serving pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Put a teaspoon of butter on each piece of cod.
  4. Roll a slice of smoked ham around each piece of cod and place them in a greased baking dish.
  5. Add the tomatoes and bake for approx. 10 minutes.
  6. Serve with med damped broccoli or broccoli puré.
