Ingredients  

  1. Split the eggs and divide the egg yolk and whites. Put the egg yolks in a small saucepan
  2. Then add the coconut milk into the saucepan
  3. Warm-up while whisking the coconut milk and eggs together
  4. Then mix in Sukrin (or other sweeteners. Stevia drops are also a good tip)
  5. Season with vanilla powder
  6. Whisk together until the temperature begins to reach warm and drinkable temperature.
  7. Make sure it does not get burned to the bottom of the pan. It's therefore recommended that you warm it up on medium heat.
  8. Pour into ice cream molds and place in the freezer
  9. Enjoy when frozen :)

    Er veldig spent på denne oppskriften. Men er det bare meg som ikke skjønner hvor det ble av eggehvitene?

      Godt spørsmål! Det er en stund siden jeg lagde den nå, men jeg mener å huske at eggehvitene blir til overs.
