Ingredients  

  1. Find a bowl
  2. Take the mackerel fillet out of the can and place in the bowl and mash it with a fork
  3. With a spoon, take out the avocado meat and place in the bow
  4. Mash the avocado together with the mackerel
  5. Add a tablespoon of mayonnaise (or more if you like :)) and mix with the spices

NOTE:
This dish does not look good, but it tastes good :)
