Ingredients  

  1. Preheat the oven to 170C / 340F.
  2. Grate the squash in a food processor / hand mixer 
  3. Put the squash in a colander and squeeze out as much of the liquid as possible
  4. Grate the parmesan cheese
  5. Then place all the ingredients in a bowl
  6. Find baking paper and place a tablespoon of the batter on the paper
  7. Then squeeze the batter out so that it is flat
  8. Bake at 170C for 20 minutes and let it cool down a bit before removing it from the baking paper
  9. Eat with your favorite taco stuffings!
