Cut the celery root into pieces and bring it to the boil
Cut the red onion into smaller pieces and fry in butter
Fry the minced meat together with the red onion
Mix in chopped tomatoes and spices
Mash the celery root with a hand mixer. Add the butter and salt and mix until you get a mash. Feel free to taste so that the amount of butter and salt is good.
Find an ovenproof dish and place the mash at the bottom
Then place minced meat so that it covers the whole mash
Finish by adding grated cheese and place in the oven
