Ingredients  

  1. In a food processor or with a hand mixer, mix together the coconut flour and eggs
  2. Melt a tablespoon of coconut oil on very low heat 
  3. Mix the melted oil together with the water in the batter and mix well
  4. Melt 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in a frying pan over medium to low heat
  5. Take a 1/4 cup of the batter (depending on how big you want the crepes to be) and spread it over the pan
  6. Fry until you see small bubbles form and burst. Then flip over and fry on this side - about 4-5 minutes in total
  7. Then place the crepes on a plate and repeat the process
