Ingredients  

  1. Using a blender add ingredients with liquid first
  2. In this recipe, I use cinnamon is used, and it is recommended to use Ceylon cinnamon which is better for the liver.
  3. If you want some extra energy you can also add a tablespoon of MCT oil
  4. A smoothie can be made in many different variations based on what you want that day.
  5. This is a basic version, and if you want variety, here are some variations:
    1. Salads like kale and spinach
    2. Almond milk instead of water
    3. Squeeze half a lime
    4. 4-5 slices of cucumber
    5. Raspberry/strawberry
Also, adjust the amount of water/milk based on how liquid you want the smoothie. For example, I sometimes make a thicker smoothie and eat it with a spoon with some nuts/seeds.

    Enkel frokost som en også kan ta med seg på farten. Noen ganger når jeg skal tidlig opp på morgenen har jeg også lagd denne på forhånd og er klar i kjøleskapet.
