Ingredients  

  1. Whisk the egg
  2. Mix together flour, flaxseed, water and the egg in a saucepan over medium to high temperature.
  3. When it starts to simmer, you can turn down the temperature. Whisk until it begins to thicken.
  4. Remove from the heat and whisk for about 30 seconds before adding butter, coconut milk and Sukrin (or other low-carb sweetener)
  5. Put on some blueberries and nuts of your choice
