This recipe is by chef Thomas Rode Andersen and he uses the nuts whole, but I think the bread tastes even better if you grind the nuts. Try it out and see how coarse you would like it to be.
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl before putting it in a loaf pan.
2. Then put the pan into the oven at 160C / 320F for 1 hour.
Enjoy the bread fresh out of the oven with butter. It is recommended :)
