Ingredients

Here is the dinner for you who want a quick but tasty low-carb dinner.

Hot dogs are often filled with bad ingredients, so in order for this to be a low-carb and clean meal choose hot dogs with natural and clean ingredients with the most meat.

  1. Cut the cauliflower into smaller bouquets and cook until they are soft
  2. Put all the ingredients for mash in a bowl and mash it with a hand mixer. Season with the spice so that you find the taste you like.
  3. Fry the hotdogs
  4. Serve the dish with a small garnish of chopped red onion and leeks, and mayonnaise (which can also be mixed with Dijon mustard).
