Ingredients  

  1. Melt the butter
  2. Beat the eggs, add Sukrin Gold and whisk it together.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients together, and mix in the eggs together with melted butter and coconut milk.
  4. Coarsely chop up the walnuts and add them to the batter.
  5. If you want a touch of alcohol to the cake, add a cork dark rum and mix well.
  6. Pour everything into a loaf pan lined with baking paper and bake at 175C / 350F for 30 - 35 minutes.
