During Christmas, it's a Norwegian custom to eat rice cream porridge which is not exactly keto. So here is a simple keto and milk-free alternative.
- Chop nuts (Almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts)and boil it with coconut milk together with seeds.
- Put it in a saucepan with seeds and add coconut milk so it covers the nuts and seeds.
- Add a little salt (optional) and bring to boil
- Serve with butter, cinnamon and keto sweetener like Sukrin Gold
