Ingredients  

  1. Chop shallots and fennel. Fry it golden in oil, about 5 minutes.
  2. Chop the garlic and fry for one minute and add water, heavy cream, vinegar and mussels.
  3. Put the lid on and bring to boil.
  4. When the mussels are open, they are ready.
  5. Serve with nut bread
