Start standing up with your hands along the sides
Make a "jumping jack" jump. Hands up over your head as you spread your legs and return to starting position
Then go down in a squat position before pushing your legs out behind you to a plank position
Do a push-up
Then push your legs towards you to the squat position and then to the standing position
Then repeat the exercise with a new jumping jack
